Challenge:

Sovereign cloud operations required building programme delivery, documentation, and operational readiness frameworks from zero across 3 national clouds (France, Germany, Singapore) with no existing structure.

Action:

Owned end-to-end delivery for sovereign infrastructure management, privileged access workstations (locked-down administrator machines), the security operations centre, secure cross-border access workflows, and cloud migration services. Wrote 47+ standard operating procedures from scratch, designed the roadmap to a common platform standard, standardised operator tooling, and enabled local teams to work independently. Coordinated engineering, product and partner teams without direct authority. Introduced clear prioritisation rules, go-live checkpoints, and AI-assisted planning.

Result:

100% audit-compliant results across every part of the programme. 40% faster delivery lead times. Training signed off in all three countries. Partner organisations enabled to operate independently. The common platform standard adopted as the organisation's planning baseline.

Action:

Designed ITIL 4-based operating models; led generative AI task forces. Spearheaded AI sales team and developed assets (digital avatars, sentiment analysis).
