Detailed explorations of my most impactful projects
Senior Technical Program Manager
Owned end-to-end delivery for cloud infrastructure that has to stay inside national borders — starting with nothing written down, no agreed checkpoints, and no shared idea of what "finished" meant.
Cloud Advisory Manager
Built Accenture's first AI sales playbook for service management, with 12+ digital avatars and a tiered deployment model that lifted client adoption by 40%.
Cloud Advisory Manager (Accenture)
Ran the IT operating model transition for a German financial services provider, onboarding 70+ people across five IT domains.
IT Project Leader | Delivery Manager
Scaled Volkswagen's HR IT to 700K employees via SAP SuccessFactors with GDPR-compliant DevOps.
Head of (IT) Project Management
Took over a portfolio of 100+ uncoordinated projects and a failing online shop, and left behind a governed portfolio of 20 and a working e-commerce ecosystem.
