Kevin Isenberg
Programme leader bridging engineering, compliance, and operational delivery
Why?
Early in my career, I realized projects often fail from lacking clarity about the “Why?”. This insight still shapes my approach today.
My mission is to not just deliver technical solutions, but to help teams experience the purpose behind their work - combining agile methods with systems thinking.
My Approach
Today I am a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, running cloud infrastructure programmes for countries that require their data to stay inside their own borders. The work starts where there is no structure yet: nothing written down, no agreed checkpoints, no shared idea of what “finished” means.
Before that, at Accenture and Volkswagen, I learned that lasting transformation happens when you treat technology, processes and people as equally important factors. Sovereign infrastructure has only sharpened that: compliance boundaries are a people and process problem long before they are a technical one.
Most of what I do involves aligning engineering, product and partner teams I have no authority over. That only works with clarity — written down, agreed, and testable. See concrete examples in my case studies.
Vision
I believe in systems that empower rather than restrict people. My goal is to build bridges between technical excellence and human motivation - both in corporations and personal projects.
